A moist rich chocolate ricotta date cake finished with orange ganache.

This cake is ideal in the winter and can be served at room temperature or cold.

Using the finest quality ingredients, this gluten free cake combines non goo almond flour with ricotta and dates as a sweetener. a quarter cup of organic cane sugar is used for an 8” cake to bring out the natural sweetness of the dates. Please specify should you want to skip the added sugar.
